We deliberately spread the assessment across 8 modules. This avoids overloading students and accounts for changes in their interests, motivation and self-perception throughout the year, giving a more accurate and objective picture.

The platform analyses the results, while certified career guidance specialists and psychologists review the findings and recommendations. AI helps process data faster, but does not replace expert judgement or make decisions for students.
