No career guidance experience is required — we start from scratch. The programme is also suitable for deputy headteachers and anyone leading career guidance at their school.

You will be able to support students in their career self-determination and structure consultations that lead to informed decisions.
Provide career guidance counselling
You will master the structure of a counselling conversation — from the diagnostic stage to well-founded conclusions and personalised recommendations for the student.
Engage parents as participants in the educational process
You will be able to present diagnostic results clearly and mediate differences between family expectations and the student’s needs using objective data.
Interpret psychodiagnostic results
You will learn to turn diagnostic indicators into practical recommendations, including subject-profile choices and an individual learning pathway for the student.
Integrate career guidance into the educational process
You will learn ways to integrate career guidance into lessons, class-teacher sessions and project work so that it becomes a systematic part of the educational process.

Two 45-minute lessons per month using a ready-made plan, with no preparation required. The coordinator spends approximately 2–3 hours per month on administration. The full programme consists of 17 lessons distributed evenly across the school year.
